Over the past 10 years I have trained hundreds of mothers just like you.
Mothers to be, young mums, established mums and even grandmothers. You all have one thing in common. You will stop at nothing to provide the best care for your children. At times this strong focus can allow you to put yourself lower on the priority list to benefit your children. Too often this becomes the norm for a little too long and you may experience feelings of loneliness, isolation and a separation from the confident person you were before motherhood. My purpose as a trainer and the purpose of Mums Fitness Fun becomes so much more than increasing fitness in these circumstances. Our role is to build and strengthen your feelings of confidence, determination and optimism while helping you look amazing! We do this by providing a supportive social network that participates in regular mums focused group training classes. Here you will enjoy the mental, community, nutrition and physical health benefits that social exercising can provide! Finally, by taking the time out of your busy schedule to relax and regenerate you will become an even more healthy, happy and positive role model for your children. |
